Insurance billing
  • Clients are responsible for verifying benefits, coverage, pre-authorizations, and any out-of-pocket costs.
  • Claims are filed on your behalf; unpaid balances remain the client’s responsibility.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation policy
  • Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice, no-shows, or same-day cancellations incur the full session fee plus a $25 late-cancellation charge.
Rescheduling policy
  • No-cost rescheduling if requested at least 24 hours before your appointment.
  • Requests made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to cancellation fees.

Payment & Late Fees

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made.
  • Late payments: outstanding balances are due at time of next session; a $25 late fee applies after this period.
  • Returned checks: $35 fee; future payments must be by credit/debit card or cash.
  • Services may be suspended if balances remain unpaid for 30+ days.

Late Arrival

  • Sessions begin and end on time.
  • Late arrivals receive only the remaining session time; full fees apply.
  • Chronic tardiness will be addressed to protect therapy goals.

Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)

You are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for therapy services. If you are billed substantially more than your estimate, you may have the right to dispute the charges.
